Compliance
Complaints can be made by:
- Contact to the Data Protection Officer via email to compliance@renewtrak.com
- Renewtrak will notify the Data Controller of any complaint received within 3 business days of receipt
- Renewtrak will review the complaint within our compliance and risk group and a formal response issued to the Data Subject within 5 business days of receipt
- Renewtrak will export and provide data held on the Data Subject in accordance with GDPR requirements
- Where requested, Renewtrak will remove GDPR regulated data from its systems held on the Data Subject within 2 weeks of the complaint being received and communicate this to the Data Controller
- Where requested, Renewtrak will endeavour to use technical controls to filter and remove data relating to the Data Subject from being reloaded by the Data Controller within 2 weeks of the complaint being received, and block subsequent communications to the Data Subject from our platform
